TheMoneyFactory Hands-on Review

The Money Factory is one of the newest sweepstakes casinos in the United States; but it has quickly become one of my favorite options. It’s sleek, it was easy to sign-up and play, and for the most part ran all the games perfectly.

Desktop Experience

The first thing that stands out with The Money Factory is the sleek website design – I personally loved the color scheme and layout of the website on a desktop.

It has a fantastic sidebar that allows you to navigate with ease through the games, your profile, the promotions, and all the other features on the site.

The website nearly never lagged or buffered, and once I found a game I wanted to play, it loaded quickly and played perfectly. Even the live dealer games had a great, clear transmission.

But it isn’t without its flaws either.

Bouncing from game to game isn’t as seamless as I’d prefer, and the sorting of games isn’t perfect.

Rather than having slots split into different categories by game type, they are all thrown together. And when you scroll through the “Slots” tab, it only shows 21 games at a time so if you can be tough to find what you’re looking for.

There is a handy search bar and it allows you to search by Game Developer – but even so, I’d like to see this process improved.

One of the few annoyances I did stumble upon was I was logged out a couple of times, and forced to re-login. This isn’t a make-or-break issue for me; but it was annoying having to relogin in the middle of a session.

Playing on Mobile

The Money Factory does not offer a dedicated sweepstakes mobile app – and is an area where they need to improve.

The site and its games loaded noticeably slower than the desktop version – and once they did load it, looked a little odd.

Although there is a full-screen button (which works on desktop) it didn’t seem to work on mobile, so it was almost like playing in a window which on the smaller screen wasn’t ideal.

That’s not to say it’s terrible, or even near unplayable, for the most part, it operated fine. However, it’s an area they could use some improvement in.

How Do You Win Cash Prizes at TheMoneyFactory?

You can redeem and win cash prizes at The Money Factory when you play with Sweeps Coins. You can not purchase sweeps coins and instead must earn them from promotions or as a bonus for purchasing Gold Coins.

Is TheMoneyFactory Legit?

I personally tested the platform from sign-up to redemption and can confirm I was able to redeem my Sweeps Coins winnings for real prizes, and that the games were fair and legit.

The Money Factory is a new sweepstakes casino -- and one of the areas where it lacks is with its banking options. According to the live chat support, they're working hard to expand these options and will likely add more in the near future.

Purchases

You can make a purchase of Gold Coins at The Money Factory with a Credit/Debit Card and Skrill. It’s likely they’ll continue to add more purchase methods in the future, but for now, you’re limited to these methods.

Although there aren’t a ton of methods to make a purchase, you’ll have a ton of options for packages for your purchases:

Redemptions

The only downside to redeeming at TheMoneyFactory is that you are only able to redeem through Skrill; and require a minimum of 100 SC in order to request a redemption.

The good news is I had to go through the entire process of creating a Skrill account, linking it to my bank account, verifying my identity on TheMoneyFactory, and getting my redemption processed, and it still took less than a couple of hours.

The identity verification process on TheMoneyFactory was nearly instant, and I had two separate redemptions that took less than 12 hours to process.

In my limited experience with Skrill, it seems to be a great online wallet and was a breeze to sign-up and get set up there as well.

The Money Factory’s customer service mentioned that they’re looking to add more methods in the future.

I loved The Money Factory – especially the desktop version – it has an incredible game selection which includes table games, live dealers, and other various instant win games.

It has a great welcome bonus, A+ customer service, and although it’s one of the newest sweepstakes casinos shows a ton of promise.

No doubt, they have some growing pains – only offering Skrill as a redemption method and some minor tech issues – but it’s a sweepstakes casino that is only going to improve as they continue to grow.
